Welcome to our UAV Aramid Honeycomb Core product page. UAV Aramid Honeycomb Core (unmanned aerial vehicle aromatic fiber honeycomb core) is a high-performance lightweight core material specifically designed for unmanned aerial vehicles and eVTOL sandwich composite structures. This product is made from Nomex® aromatic fiber paper (or equivalent high-end domestic aromatic fiber paper) as the base material, and is formed into a hexagonal honeycomb structure through precise lamination, stretching, impregnation with adhesive, and curing processes. It is the core solution for weight reduction and reinforcement of the UAV structure.
Standard sheet size: Maximum 2440mm × 1220mm 1300*2600mm 1600*3200mm
Thickness range: Minimum 1mm, Maximum 850mm
Supply form: Solidified block / Sliced / Under tension state (facilitating bending and adhering to curved surfaces)
