Automatic feeding system

Laminating machine / Gluing machine

panel turnover machine

. Process: The robotic arm or the flipping mechanism uses vacuum suction cups to attach the sheet, then smoothly and rapidly performs the flipping operation to ensure that the two sheets are aligned accurately, avoiding the formation of bubbles and displacement.
Transportation and positioning system
. Function: Runs throughout the entire production line and is responsible for transporting the plates between various workstations. It is usually composed of rollers, belts, chains or friction rods systems.
. Positioning system: Ensures that the sheet material can be precisely positioned at each workstation to guarantee the accuracy of gluing and panel assembly.

. Function: The brain of the production line, usually equipped with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen human-machine interface.
. Function: Coordinate the actions of all equipment, set production parameters (such as conveying speed, glue quantity, flap rhythm, etc.), monitor the production line status, and have the function of fault diagnosis.
