The raw material for making aluminum honeycomb core is aluminum foil. The basic conventional materials are 3003 and 5052. 

First, we place the aluminum foil rolls on professional equipment to apply glue. 

According to the required hole spacing size of the customer, we print glue strips. Then, we cut the aluminum foil into the required length and width on the equipment and stack them into blocks using a stacking machine.

 We use a hot press machine to press these blocks, making the printed glue lines firmly bond to form honeycomb blocks. Finally, we cut the honeycomb blocks into strips according to the required height of the customer.
